For 2 years with Sport-Creative we focused our core business on the collaboration in official Formula 1 events.
I managed the creative team responsible for proposing and producing materials for the F1 Fan Zone, Paddock, F1 Stores, and related sponsors, overseeing every aspect — from the creative concept and graphic development to production and installation.

I managed a team of eight professionals in our Brussels office and two additional teams in Antwerp and Trieste. As Studio Director, I held direct responsibility for the success of various projects and their often extremely tight deadlines.
Throughout the day, alongside the managing director, I was in constant contact with different members of the Formula 1 management and sponsor representatives. My job was to understand client needs and make suitable proposals by delegating specific tasks to each team member and continuously monitoring their progress.
After client approval, I handled the high-resolution development of each project, ensuring attention to detail and preparing the materials for production and installation.
